I lived here for a year, and while its not the Marriott, it was a fine place to live. For the monthly rent that it cost, everything was completely satisfactory. Staff was really nice, the townhouse looked great and I saw absolutely no roaches. I did have a little ant problem, but I set out ant traps and they sent in pest control and got in under control. The rent was very affordable, and they provided a washer and dryer in the apartment. I loved having a townhouse with an upstairs and a downstairs, and the master bedroom and bathroom were very, very roomy for an apartment.

The problem with this complex is that the staff is young girls that are paid to sit on the internet all day and make this place sound good. Don't fall for the Craig's List ads and the fake reviews. Visit and actually speak to a current resident. They will have a different story.
