Hey I moved here due to being divorced and I did not have much money to move. When I moved in I thought it would work well because I did not have to pay a security deposit. Well now I see why. It is cold in these townhouses in the winter & spring because they turn the heat off after 4/15. The thing is that even in the winter they regulate the temp at 70 degrees. You can only raise it a few degrees higher. That would not be bad if the windows were any good.

My screen window broke and they have not come to fix so I can not open my bedroom window with out birds and bugs flying in. When I moved in they had remolded it but the doors were off track in the closets. here we stand half way through my lease and they are still not fixed. The girls up front are nice most days. This could work well for you but just way your other options first.
