Sure this place isnt the newest, or biggest, or even the cleanest. But if you need to move quick,maybe have some credit issues, and are a reletivly patient pearson, then george town may be for you. Maintenance was always there shortly after I called, The girls in the office were just fine. The bug problem was only present untill I ask the office to send someone out and spray, well after that the bugs were no longer. The biggest problem I found at george town, is the people who live there, it seem that when people would leave garbage bags at there door for a few days and a critter decide to have lunch, it was the offices fault. Or the people who blamed every one else for there problems and are to lazy to do something for themselves, found it easiest to blame the office. If the parents of georgetowns kids would take some control of there kids, maybe so many street lights wouldnt be broken or the grounds cleaner, or maybe it would be quiter at night. The office people at georgetown always did everything that I asked with in a timly manner. Me and my wife needed to get out of where we were, and had no money to put down, and not the best credit. Well georgetown took us in, and we thank you guys for that. Now after a year and hard work, are credit is a bit better and we got some money saved and looking at houses. With out georgetown being easy going we would be S.o.l. A home is were you make it and george town is just fine.

Yeah, I agree it does look like someone who works here posted this comment. Either that or someone who kisses a whole lotta a--. I no longer stay there and everyone is not the same. So as far as those comments you made about the residents, that does not apply to me! And as for anyone reading the comment it's clear of the kinda a--hole attitude they have. So whoever posted the comments under the subject (Not the best, but not the worst) thanks for proving me right A--HOLE!!!! P.S. Go back to grammar school dummy!!!! Just remember the phrase "Hooked on phonics works for me."

Gee, this looks like someone in the office just sat down and wrote this. Given all the other bad reviews, including mine, this can't be true unless you live someplace else!
