In the beginning, everything was okay. I didn't have great credit, and I needed to find something decent that didn't cost alot. But after a while, things changed...noisy neighbors blasting their music all the time, parents letting their kids run wild throughout the complex, people fist-fighting in the parking lots...police having to be called mutiple times to certain units. My car was even hit while parked by some 'mysterious drunk driver' that other people saw, but no one seemed to know who he was. And during the winter, I had to shovel my own porch and put down salt if I didn't want to fall and break my neck. Although, I'm lucky to say that I never had a bug problem like some current/former tennets. And if your only 1 day late with the rent, they want to take you to court. Also, the girls that work in the front office at times are rude. But I will give them credit on the maintence staff...they were decent. I would not reccomend Georgetown Commons to anybody, unless they were desperate, and just needed to move quickly.
