These people are ignorant and unprofessional. I had a terrible ant problem and they stated that they were not responsible for a preexisting problem - I was! How can I be responsible for a problem that existed before I moved in' My neighbors fought like cats and dogs and played loud music. I had to move because of the ant problem because I had a newborn baby and I woke up one morning to find her crib swarming with ants. I turned in my notice and found renters to move in! They have been hounding me every since because the new renters skipped out on the rent. Don t be fooled by the no credit check or the easy move-in requirements! These people are incompetent and I wish I never gave them my business.

Find somewhere else! I went to court to fight this and glanced over at the court docket - all were from Georgetown Commons!
