Please do not live here. It's so horrible. The place is full of drug dealers. I don't mind them but they make a lot of noise at night. Georgetown is also full of thieves. You forget something outside for the night, it's gone. The people living there all got felonies in their records. Now I want to talk about the inside. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors. Everything is old so there will be damage including water leakages. Landlord doesn't open heat on the freezing winter, because he's cheap. He's -- years old, and he thinks he going to take all that money with him when he's dead. Oh and the two ------- that work at the office, ---- them. They're -----------. Their ------- hang loose like sleeves of wizard. Simple -----------: they got every -------------------, they should be used for research projects. All I'm saying is, PLEASE PLeASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY GO LIVE IN THE GRASS NEXT DOOR TO KMART, ITS A BTTER OPTION< ITS FREE and U DONT HAVE TO TAKE ---- FROM THE MANAGEMENT.

This comment is ridculous and a bunch of lies. Apartment Ratings should be ashamed of themselves to post personal attacks on people that are not true!! It they are a reputable organization they would clean up such slanderous comments!! Posting relevant comments on the complex is acceptable -- I hope Apartment Ratings gets sued for allowing junk like this to be posted. I find it amazing that someone would live someplace for SIX YEARS if it is so horrible!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT APARTMENT RATINGS!

I'm saying what's true yes, because I've had the shame of living in the worst apartments everrr!!! I had good friends around there and good school, that's why I stayed. What's up with you guys? You're only good at the pole. Chuck the wood boy's a lawyer, but give him to me in court, I'll take him out before the judge shows up and I DIDNT GO TO COLLEGE nvm law school.Look at all the bad reviews, don't just judge my review you stupid ----.
