I want to start off by saying that I thourghally enjoyed my stay since day one of my residence at Knottingham Apts.There has never been any trouble or problems during my stay. The grounds and complex have ALWAYS been kept up, the employees are always polite and helpful,and all of the tennants are extremely nice and (quiet). This is one community I would highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a place they can call "HOME".




My stay here is ending as I start a new beginning with my future wife as we set up our home in the Troy area. As of April 30th,I will no longer be a tennant.




Again, I must mention that I have been impressed with this community and am glad that I chose it as my home.Please feel free to post this letter so that future tennants can read, and when they choose Knottingham as their new home...they can feel as lucky and as happy as I was and am. Personally I feel that you get plenty of a bang for your buck in comparison to other communities. The rent is lower than others,just minutes away from an exciting Downtown Mt. Clemens, close to grocery stores and not too far from the main highway. All things that should be considered when choosing a home, which made my decision simple. One hand I am saddened that I must leave, but on the other hand I am excited in my new endeavors with my future wife.
