The management at Knottingham Apartments sucks!!!!! The maintenance staff never has a clue of how to fix/repair anything. There is always a leeky pipe or faucet, a shower to get scalded in, mold growing underneath floors, ants on lower floors in spring(no matter how clean), burnt out lights in courtyard or parking lots, pot holes, need I go on. Maybe not that big of a stress factor if problems were addressed and properly fixed in a timely manner. Our new resident manager is possibly one of the dumbest human beings on earth. She can't keep track of work orders and has no manners what so ever. I'd be surprised if the idiot even graduated from high school.
