I have been living here for a while and the maintenance is SLOW. They will come and fix a repair months after you reported it. The hallway lights has been broken for 6 months. And the ant problem is terrible. Also, its not just ants, its centipedes, spiders and some other bugs I never even seen before. If you live on the first floor, the carpet will get wet for no apparent reason. I guess its the mold underneath the carpet as the last review suggested. The light in my kitchen was broken and the maintenance guy told me I had to fix it. LOL. But other than that its OK, its a place to live.
