I have lived here for 10 years. I think the the maintenance has been good especially recently. The girl in the office called the otehr day to make sure the work done in my apartment was done right. It was a very nice thing to have the call. The new manager is very friendly and helpful. The gournds are very well kept, and there is very little noise in my apartment.
