The place was a joke

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My wall in the living leaks, resulting in large stain in living room carpet. Maintenance said oh well. My toilet has a crake inside and again maintenance said sit still and don't wiggle. If you do there is water all over the bath floor. The new manager just blew smoke us your ass while making a show
