This was our first apartment and we were disappointed overall. The place was falling apart and they said that they would fix it the next day and four months later we moved out and nothing had been done. The landscaping crew will wake you at the crack of dawn and the the other tenants will keep you up all night with their loud music and piece of ---- cars. Happy renting.
