I was reading these reviews and had to voice my opinion. I deal with facts, and the facts are one person claimed she had to have friends come over and walk her into her apt. because there was a cat in the hallway' umm.....okay. I understand the whole fear thing, but come on does that really seem like a common, horrible problem. I have heard of much worse..and here's a heads up for you sweetie, rent at a place that is pet free! The person complained about how bad things were....but you tried to renew your lease'....okay. How did you exactly know who was in the pool, and if they lived here or not' Sounds like you did the community a favor by leaving because I wouldn't want your b****y behind living next to me. You painted a very ugly picture, but of yourself.
The reason I am writing this is because Knottingham is a great place to live, the people in the office do care about us. It isn't fair that people write on here complete garbage and then our community gets a score. If you are a good hearted person who has respect for people and the practices of business please come to this community. The ones that cant ever get there rent in on time, or the ones who are aways looking for a way to scam someone stay away because this place is for responsible people and everyone here wants to keep it this way. The office has been known to work with people when in need, even though its not there job to. So don't you listen to these people, they are just the ones getting mad because the couldn't get away with anything.
