I have found her to be a good worker and always willing to help a resident with a pleasant attitude. She has helped me carry groceries in when she didnt have to and has kept our building a clean and pleasent place to enter. When she filled in as Resident Manager for a short time I found her to be very competent and kept everything running smoothly. She is an asset to Knottingham Apartments. I hope she is appreciated as much as the residents appreciate her.
