I have lived here for 10 years plus and I have enjoyed it very much. I was reading the other things written on this site and I disagree with the last to people. You have to let the office staff know there is a problem so that they can handel it. Seems to me like it was your fault for never reporting it. I have made a complaint once or twice and it was nipped in the bud. If we all stick together here and look out for each other then you would benifit from it, and thats not just here that everywhere. Thats how it is for me and some of the other buildings here where I have friends. You are never going to live in a place who doesnt have that one kid causing troulbel. I think you should have taken responsablity and spoke up. Shame on you. You could have made a diffrence.
