I LIVE HERE CURRENTLY AND I LOVE THE SPACE IN MY APARTMENT.EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE AND I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES. THE GROUNDS ARE VERY WELL KEPT AND THERE IS A TOLERANCE FOR ANYONE DISTROYING THE BEAUTY OF THE OUTSIDE LOOK OF THE COMPLEX. HOWEVER, WHOM EVER SCREEN THE APPS. FOR NEW RESIDENTS NEEDS TO BE FIRED!I have some ghetto ass people in my building and it seems like the people in the office don't give a dam. you complain they say call the police,write a letter etc. but you come home everyday to"weed smoke"in hallway, people traveling back and forward at all hours slaming doors, loud music enough to wake the dead and on top of it all you work hard everyday to pay the rent to enjoy this madness all over again I can't wait til my lease is up!

in my two years here, it has gone down hill severely. when i first moved in it was very nice and clean and i was proud to call it my home. then i heard neighbors arguing and fighting with regular police calls to stop them. after they moved out it was ok for a while again but then i decided to transfer to a different apartment to get a balcony. i went from a first floor to a third floor and the person below me is absolutely horrible to deal with. we could not walk around or watch tv without her calling the office to complain. now trashy people have started moving in and there is garbage overflowing the dumpsters and no one is around to clean it up. there are pot holes in the parking lot that still have not been fixed. i haven't been to the pool at all this year because there are always 8 kids in it. as far as i was told, you could only have 2 guests per residence. not to mention, myself and 3 other residents have gotten their catalytic converters stolen! who does that!! also, they claim security runs during the late/early hours but i have not seen them driving around in the last year. i am moving out next month and i would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone that i like!
