I lived here for one year. It was completely miserable. The tenants next door smoked marijuana and it came through closet in my daughters room....not cool at all. When reported to management they instructed me to call the police.

The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor below me sneeze. The pipes are extremely old and when the showers are turned on in your unit and others they are so loud they drown out your music and/or TV.

The windows need to be replaced along with the balcony doors...tons of air coming through the windows and balcony doors in the winter and heat from the hot summer days. Altought the heat may be included, the poor insulation around the windows makes for a high electric bill due to how much the blowers need to run.

Even thought I liked the staff in the office, they lie to you to get you in. The maintenance crew is top notch. The office staff will try to work with you if you have a concern, however, not many opportunities to fix thin walls and floors. The maintenance manager and his staff are fast, good, reliable and trust worthy.
