I personally like the place for the price. My boyfriend, however, would tell you that almost all of the electric outlets are on the same circuit so don't try to use the microwave, tv, computer, and lights at the same time or you will trip the fuse. Both bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen are on one circuit. The maintenance guy is very nice, but we have had plumbing issues since the day we signed the lease. You get used to your dirty shower water in the bottom of the bathtub after a while because it takes a long time to drain even after snaking and draino. Oh, and we had an issue with ants. But it is right by the river and there is a bike path right across the street. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, although it is right next to a fire station and so you can hear the sirens quite frequently. This doesn't bother me, but light sleepers may want to be aware of this. They do allow cats and there is a decent pool to swim in during the summer.
