The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kimberly is the best! The apartment was immaculate on move in day. We found the sliding door lock to be broken and maintanence was over immediately to fix it. They respond in a very timely matter to all other non-emergnecy problems as well. Our washer and dryer were a bit old and when they couldn't fix them to our liking, they just replaced them with brand new equipment. As for the comment from a previous resident about the roads, this is Michigan. All roads are bad. I would rather drive over patched streets in my complex than pay much more in rent to have them repaved. The fitness center is small, but nice. I have truly enjoyed my stay here.
