I have been a resident for a year and for the most part I must say that my stay has been fairly pleasant. There is some occasional noise but nothing that you wouldn't expect from living in an apartment. Most of my neighbors have been pleasant. The office staff at the apartment seemed very friendly however, management wasn't the greatest at helping me with a rent payment issue. Overall, I think these are beautiful apartments, in a great area.
