I lived there between 2000 and 2001. The price was better than other neighboring complexes, plus location is great. The apartments were pretty good for the money, spacious and with good amenities. However, cheaper in general brings additional problems and therefore I would advise anybody who can afford to stay away from this place. First of all, I had a terible experience with my neighbors: very noisy, set the balcony on fire once (I had to call the fire department since they were not home), smelly cooking with the entrance door open rather than the windows to conserve energy etc. Second, management displayed unprofessional to hostile behavior constantly. They lost one very important package of mine (delivered by UPS at the reception), and called security on me when I insisted that the package was there (they eventually found the package and offered no apology - action taken was not to accept any subsequent packages for me). Additionally, parking was limited, especially for guests. Landscaping was decent, and the pool and fitness room also. Another negative was a shooting in the complex during my tenure there. All in all, affordable but there are better places, not much more expensive. Would not recommend to anyone who can afford to go elsewhere.

Couldn't disagree more with these comments. I just renewed my lease to stay another year because I find that if I treat these people with respect they extend the same to me. I'm 63 years old and can't say the younger residents are any real problem. I'm amazed the complex gets such bad reviews!
