I have lived in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 1 year and I will not be renewing my lease! I have mold that is growing all over the master bath and all over my master bedroom. I had made several complaints with little or no response. I first made my complaint back in July and I was told some one would be in to look at it the following monday. Yeah needless to say no one came. I made yet another try at it the middle of Aug. spoke directly to the maintence staff and told them my concern of black mold all over he reassured me that he would take a look at it on Monday. Yet again empty promises. Finally in September my last month there some one came to look at it told me they were going to have to replace my entire shower unit and replace my drywall. They would be fixing my shower on monday and it would be ready to use on Tuesday and calling to set up an appointment for the drywall. I got home on Monday to find my shower completely ripped out of the wall. Which was fine because it was going to be fixed to following day. No such luck! it is now the end of the month and my shower is still in pieces next to my toilet that I cannot use either. I would not reccomend any one considering renting from here to do so. Poor staff, ridiculous pricing, no hot water, noisey neighbors, no adult supervision for the children running all over the place. Bad choice. Buy a house if you can. You are paying enough in rent not to mention you have to do all of repair work yourself anyway.

As a former resident this is not the only apartment with mold problems. Maintenance was also as bad.
