we moved out several years ago. after reading some of the reveiws , it sounds like not much has changed. i had a neighbor that insisted on playing there stereo loud. after informing the manager [ maryann] several times, she came out and screamed and yelled at me because i was complaining . then the manager left [thank god] then we got an air head manager[sarah] that was worthless, . i had several things disappear from our apartment [including 2 bottles of ketchup ''] when we informed the manager she said she knew who it was and not to call the police, after waiting a week i called her and she said she had no idea what we were talking about. during the time we lived therewe had a reacurring problem with the bathroom tiles. they kept falling down, when we moved out, we were charged for the replacment of a wall of tiles because they said it was our falt, this was not the only problem we had with them, on several occassions the maintence men would drive very slowly when my wife and other women were walking , just learing at them. all of our comercial grade [ yes i said comercial] tile came up in our kitchen, after waiting 3 weeks for maintence to come , one guy showed up. after he was half done the maintence superviser walked in and ploped down in one of our chairs[ notice i said walked in, he did'nt knock or extend any notice he was comming in] when he left, the chair he ploped in was broken. it was a brand new chair purchased the week end before, so take heed, if there still as bad as that now,why would anyone move in
