The steady decline in management and maintenance,is more than I can take. When we first moved in we had Becky as manager, who was nice she didn't always follow through to make sure things got done then we got a man manager Roy, who was alway out and about the property. Every time we had a problem he went out of his way to help.He really cared about the property and his staff But then he was fired because the property manager Sidney didn't like him. Since Sidney started running Lakeside the place is a joke. Half the time we have no maintenance people and no one seems to know whats going on so were moving before winter gets here and so are alot of other people. There's vacant units everywhere and they do nothing to keep us renters that pay rent on time. Reasons not to live at Lakeside, property manager Sidney is a joke, maintenance is bad, manager nice but afrid of her boss, and the leasing staff changes weekly.
