Well, living here was okay. Nice big apartment. But when we moved out, we were told we had to pay to have the carpet replaced. It was brand new when we moved in and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it when we moved out. After receiving the notice to pay for new carpeting for the entire apartment, we went and peeked into the window after the painting and cleaning had been completed. There was NO new carpet. They just cleaned it!!!! We were FURIOUS. They tried to say that they made an error in trying to charge us for the carpet.
My aunt lived in another apartment. Water leaked through her ceiling and onto her end table. When the finish stained the carpet from the leak, they made her pay for it. SHADY BUSINESS going on at Lakeside Village!
