I've lived at Lakeside Village for 3 years, can't wait to move. When I moved in it was very nice, quiet, well maintained, very professional office staff. Now, it's like a club scene in the office, maintenance is nowhere to be found, and it's louder than could be. In less than 1 year, I've seen 4 different apartments get eviction notices, 4 out of 18. Might want to do better screening on prospective tenants huh. As with everyone else's comments, office staff turnover is high. I think it's been 5 or 6 office managers and every time they hire new staff, they get younger. Pretty soon I'm expecting to hear from a 10 year old. Also, I renewed into a 6 month lease, had to call corporate office and have them send it to me. Office staff was faxed the document on 3 separate occasions and never gave it to me. Haven't had the mandatory annual apartment checks (heat vents, air conditioners, etc.) in 2 years. Just waiting to hear about a fire in one of the buildings. Overall, very disappointing, it's a decent complex, nice sized apartments in a nice area, terrible office staff though. Moving out mostly because of that. Would only recommend with hesitation.
