When we first moved into this place it was pretty decent, but then it seemed as though things started changing with getting more and more obnoxious, loud tenants that love to play their music throughout the late nights. They started accepting dogs, which nothing against them in general, but when their owners take them outside to do their business and they never clean up after them. Nasty and gross!

Half the time when reporting to maintenance about repairs, especially to one of our main entry doorways (one of the doorknobs to the outside building had come off and the lock was broken). It seemed to have taken them 2-3 months to get it finally fixed, which was a bit ridiculous, not to mention compromising our security there. We also were treated very terrible after moving out being blamed for some repairs that were way over the top. So happy we are gone now! It's way overpriced for what you get.

Yeah, same complaints I have. The tenants seem to have become less considerate and the dog owners? Please don't get me started! The place gets worse and worse, although I have to disagree with the level of service; I cannot complain about it, as I have received a new furnace/AC unit, redone bathroom tiles, prompt repair of a couple of minor complaints and quick response on any phone call to maintenance. Now, again back to the dogs, if we could just teach the dog owneres how to live with civilized people...
