I lived here in a 2 bedroom (second floor) for two years. I had many problems.
1) people upstairs never watched their kids and you could here their baby fall out of the crib every night.
2) People behind me in the next building used to beat the living crap out of their kids, management told me to call the cops, they couldn't do anything.
3) I had bee's in my apartment on and off and all they would do is give me $100 off my rent for one month.
4) My daughter had a gunie pig when we moved in )approved by management, whent he guine pig died I got her a rabbit, they went snooping twice per year thru my apartment (and everyone elses) then threatened to throw us out on the street because of it or pay $30 a month to keep it.
5) I never talked to the same person twice, there was always somebody new in the office.
6) Safety issues, broken door locks (front entrances), smoke detectors beeping, intercom going in and out.
7) Dryer never worked on my floor and they wouldn't fix it.
8) Too much to mention!

Your first 2 complaints are about people, not the apartment complex. I don't see how that effects your review on the apartment. that is your view on your neighbors. Also the pet thing. If you didn't tell them you had a pet that is your problem, not theirs. You are just pissed that you got cought and had to pay money for an animal again.
