I am a former tenant. The rent is way to high for that piece of crap apartment. I cannot believe how bad the maintance is. There are potholes everywhere, everything broke at least once. We even tried to move to a diffenent apartment b/c they wouldnt fix anything in the one we had. We had to complain every week just to get one thing fixed and when they came to fix it, it remained broke or even worse. The tile in both of a bathrooms came up off the floor and in the shower. Oh our shower. That was the last straw. It was filled with black mold. They never even came to fix. Come to find out at least five of the apartments in our building had it and they refused to come and fix it until you moved out. If they actually fixed it. I happen to go out on my belcony one day to find out that several of the first floor apartments were broken in too. I reported it. They may have a second clubhouse but as you walk there notice how many windows and apartments a broken in to and vacent. There hotub and sanuas were always broken and the alarms were always going off. I believe that there were drug dealers living above us. Having people coming and going 24/7. I feel really bad for the people living in our old apartment 205.
One other thing. If you have company they will probley get lost due to the signs of the building are not correct.
Biggest mistake ever. The rent goes higher and higher every year.

I don't believe this posting for a minute. As a very big critic of Lakeside Village's problems, I can tell you this posting is full of lies and exaggerations. And this person doesn't know how to control MOLD? Give me a break. Pay no attention to this one.
