This complex has many problems. They are bankrupt & surviving only on deposits from new tenants. They are currently at a 60% vacancy rate. The pool(s) have been shut down by the health inspector for having a 200% bacteria level, but remain open to the public. For this, the apt. complex has ha to pay numerous fines (which may explain the bankruptcy). They do not do background checks on applicants, even though they say they do. Look up the address on the registered sex offender website - I dare you.

If you pay your rent on time, they completely ignore you, even if you complain when your doorwall is suddenly blocked by a parking sign (which happened to me). If you do miss a rent payment, they hire goons off the street to literally throw your stuff out. They don't care if it breaks or if it is stolen, or even if you have no idea this is happening. (This I witnessed just yesterday.)

The management changed hands recently, and it was definitely a step down, especially after they raised the rent for this squalor.

I thought this review was a little harsh until they mentioned the sewage smell. I've had that smell in my bathroom for the past month! I cleaned and scoured thinking it was something that I missed cleaning but it's still there. Pretty scary.

Nothing you did wrong you can stop cleaning because I have had this smell on and off for months. Lately it has been more then not and the dirty ring in my toilet is the worsted it is nasty. Now I had a painter come in and paint my apt and guess what he found mold behind my refrigerator.
