Residents were storing bicycles inside the building but in the hallways, rather than in their apartments per rental agreement. Management issued a memo requesting residents to store bicycles inside their apartments and residents responded immediately and removed their bikes from the hallways.

Management's action was quick and to the point and residents removed unwanted bikes from the halls. A terrific job!!! Now it's more pleasant and the halls do not look like a bike storage area. Much appreciated!!!

See, here's the thing. Have you ever tried storing your bike in your apartment? Its like trying to find a good spot to park your car on your porch. Lakeside doesn't want them in the hallways, and they dont want them on your patio's or balconies. I did store my bike on my patio for a few days trying to make room in my apartment for it, but hey its Lakeside Village - so guess what - someone stole it. Between the unflinching hand of management and the crime rate in this apartment complex (SECURITY DRIVES A GOLF CART), its like a thieves paradise.

That's funny. I've left several messages re:my neighbors leaving rotting trash in the hallway, but they have never responded at all!
