I would just like to say that after reading so other reviews, it seems like the only people who are complaining are the people who did not want to pay their rent on time and people who expected others not to make a peep. Isn't this a free country''' If I am cleaning my apartment I might want to turn up my radio... what is the big deal. Perhaps those who are complaining about noise have never really lived somewhere where there was a real noise problem. I have lived just two blocks over and I had people sceaming at the top of their lungs fighting, police out every night, loud music AT NIGHT out of cars, parties in the parking lot at night. Some people are just spoiled. If you don't like having neighbors and granting them their freedoms go live in the country where your closest neighbor is miles away.

I was told about the rent situation up front and agreed to this. If you didn't agree with the contract you shouldn't have signed it!! Every person was given notice of this rule/regulation, it wasn't in fine print and it isn't a hidden fee, the apartments are very upfront about it. I know everyone comes into hard times but that isn't your apartment complex's fault. GET OVER IT!!!

The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am not sure why others are saying different. I dealt with a few of them and I think that they all knew what was going on and how to do their jobs. I would recommend to any of my family (with the exception of my sister), any of my friends, and any of my co-workers.

My neighbor's are friendly, enjoyable, and curtious. The office staff is friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. I LOVE MY APARTMENT

yes lakeside is a place i can call home and it is safe too.....and ilight01 we need to meet up and have a drink....

I pay my rent on time without fail. This place still sucks.
