My wife and I spent a number of months searching for an apartment in the Clinton Township area. We wanted to be someplace in a nice/safe area near many nice bars, restaurants, etc... We've probably looked at every apartment between Hayes and Jefferson along M59 and, without a doubt, Lakeside Village is the best bang for the buck.

The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, quite and most all apartments look out on the well kept grounds. The staff is more than willing to work with you and to make sure you're happy and content with your decision to become a resident of their community. My wife and I ask allot of the staff when it came to deciding on if we wanted to live at lakeside, what apartment we would like, what building etc... and they never had an issue. They were (and still are) very nice, accommodating and most of all patient.

At the end of the day no staff can meet everyone's wants and needs but I can assure you that Lakeside Village's staff will try. One other thing to mention (came to mind after reading many other reviews) the staff (not to mention the lease agreement) is very upfront about what is expected of all residents. If you don't like the noise policy, etc... then you have a choice not to sign a lease with Lakeside. The rules are put in place to protect the people who live here.

Great apartment, great staff and great/safe area. My wife and I couldn't ask for more. This really is a nice, comfortable place to live. Dave AKA Happy Resident.

I couldn't agree more with this review. I was not as fortunate to find the right apartment I had to live through two leases where I was not happy until I found this apartment complex and I am still happy!!!

There were people screaming the f word outside my apt last night and someone is stealing electricty from the hallway with a huge electrical cord. And I saw a baby playing by himself on the balcony unattended, looked like he was going to fall through the bars. Oh, and 3 used condoms, in different areas, did I see when going for a walk around the complex. Did I mention the smashed beer bottles everywhere?
