I am currently looking for an apartment, and was visiting a friend at Lakeside Village. I know that they may not be the "safest" apartments, but no place is crime free, and they do run great specials. This morning I was leaving and a lady who repeatedly said she was the manager ( ------------- ) was getting into a pissing match with some young couple outside over their car radio. She screamed at them she was "the manager and could evict anybody she wanted at any time" and that "she was comming over to check their apartment with the police"

I am a former community manager, and deserved or not, if I ever spoke to my residents that way, I would have been fired the same day. If Paragon lets the management staff treat residents that way, I'm not interested any more.

FYI Markings below are what I observed by visiting, and from talking to my friend and her neighbors.

Yeah, thats ------------ all right. The place has gone to hell in a handbasket since she took over the place. She's one of the reasons I moved out. If you think she treats the tenants bad, you should see the way she treats the staff. No wonder everyone involved with that office are grumpy, angry jerks.

You should call her boss. The lady who lives next door to me gave me this number. Ask for --------. 2four8 6four6 96hundred. We seen the whole thing too and it's not the first time.

I have lived at Lakeside Village for two years. I was there when this new manager came on bored. She was the reason we left, need I mention along with nine other very good employee's. The property went down hill when they brought this what ever you want to call her on bored. She is a wana be manager. Someone that no one else will hire. She's paid cheap and that save's the property money. Nothing she does come's a surprise to me. She thinks she is a Hitler!!!!!! Put your ear to her head and you can hear the ocean.
