Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
I moved into this complex in 2000. There was a higher class of people in this complex at that time. Since then, trashy people have been admitted and some even became my neighbors. Yes this is a gated community but still it is very easy for others to gain access right through the gatehouse. They have developed serious roofing issues and my apartment had water damage that was only repaired by painting over the damage. Now in some areas I see mold coming through. Needless to say I have had enough. They are way overpriced and do not compare to the standard of living as they advertise. Parking is very limited especially if you have guests.
