My husband and I have been living at the Manors for 1 yr. and love it! Sharon that works in the office is great! Appliances are ok, and the maintence is awsome,,,,you wouldn't get this service anywhere else! Now for neighbors,,,you can not control them,,,,lol,,,but Sharon sure can. Yes, there are many older people and less children, so what''' I guess I just don't get point why people are trying to BASH this place. The older people are the least of my worries! they are quiet and keep to themselves. It's not like we hear them blasting there music or cussing at someone of there balcony(hahahaha). On a serious note though, the Manors at Knollwood are great! O and don't be bothered by the high school across the street it doesn't cause and additional traffic or even problems here.
(that was our concern when we moved here,,,but no problems at all,,,promise!)
Anyhow, if you are looking for a nice apartment complex to move into the Manors at Knollwood is great!

The management can't control people. That's like saying if you put a bowl of dog food in front of a dog who has never been trained and hasn't eaten in 3 days that it won't eat the food unless you tell it to. They can warn and threaten, but beyond that nothing. I'm going to take a guess at it that you live in one of the nicer apartments, and you pay over $1000 per month to live there. Of course the management would treat you nicer and be more timely, because they don't want you to move. Gee, I wonder why.

Perfectly legitimate reason since my wife and I moved there in the hopes that the higher rent would filter out the low-class elements that we wanted to get away from. And it worked, too, because we loved the place when we lived there. You want a reasonably priced community? Then look elsewhere and take all the negatives that come with it. I chose Manors to get away from the ghettos and the party-kids who usually fill cheap apartments.
