We have only lived here for a few months, but so far everything is pretty great.

Contrary to other reviews, I am very pleased with management and especially with Julia, the maintenance supervisor, and her crew. Although there were several minor maintenance issues in the first few weeks after moving in, the maintenance crew responded quickly and rectified all but one of the issues. The one problem they couldn't correct was the temperature in the smaller bedroom. It is too cold with both heating and cooling, which I found odd. I would have expected one or the other, but not both. I believe it may have something to do with the way the ducts are routed. We added an electric radiator on a timer and all is well.

I really like the spacious layout and the garage. The kitchen is a bit small if you do a lot of cooking, but is adequate for us.

So far the utility bills have been reasonable.

Overall I would recommend this place to others, but the young troublemaker types who complain about old people being creepy, might find a swinging singles place more to their liking. I believe this is a great place for folks with small families (since 2 bedrooms is the largest unit), mature adults and retirees. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
