The previous manager was great. She was there for the residents. You could see changes in the comlex. Now the new manager, she is a joke. She is never around. Does not return calls, she smokes in her office and it is offensive. She treats you like you are dirt. Cant get maintenance repairs done at all, now. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for 3 months now. The new manager is causing lots of people to move out. This used to be a nice place to live with your family. I wouldnt let my dog live here now. It is a sad thing.

In regards to the other review, Clinton Twp. storm drains did not drain the rainwater away from the buildings properly. I had a problem with flooding too, in the same bld. and it was ruled rainwater by the health department and water department. Not sewage. But the manager did everything needed to clean carpet, and make any needed repairs.
