The punks arent in front of only one building, they are in front of most of them. The fire doors when they arent broken, are propped open. There is supposed to be security, you are supposed to buzz people into the building, but none of that works either.

Outside, while dealing with potholes and abandoned cars, watch out for the drag racers going thru the lot, when they arent stopping to do a drug deal, they are driving like on the autobahn.

have anything break' don't expect to get it fixed. The manager is too busy hanging out with the thugs on the porch, drinking their 40's.

They have had more maintenance men than prisoners at Macomb County. Oh wait, thats probably where they are coming from. The mamagement here doesnt last much longer. They average at least a year in employment.

Go ANYWHERE else, seriously its not worth it. You'd be better off living in the middle of the Cass Corridor.

indaghetto you are very wrong ms. hamblin has been there 3 years and has done better then any other manager there. and your saying she hangin out with the so called *thugs* but your wrong. ms. hamblin yells at the people sittin on the porches..she may sit there sometimes..DURNING THE DAY AFTER SHE GETS OFF WORK. but she doesnt drink and doesnt allow the ADULTS who sit there and drink there 40'd as u put it to throw the ---- on the grund. if your going to bad mouth ms. hamblin do so to her face
