well i have started recommending this place to my friends because,management has finally started kicking out the troublemakers and thugs, and the halls are being re-done, plus they are redoing the parking lot in the spring,it will be a huge improvement. the only problem i still see is clinton twp police and there rude behavior to people that live here, after complaining about he raids and thugs the management explained that inorder to clean up the place they needed the police to help them. and they have followed thru. the management is still here its been 2 yrs so that is a plus and i must admit the maintenance man does do the work orders pretty quick,(i timed him, only 45 min after i called). so i would recommend this place now that we are stable with a manager and the property is getting redone, bravo to the owners

Its alright. They are actually too slow on the whole hallway thing. Renovations are highly needed and they need an intercom system rather than having anyone just walk into your building. I guess you get what you pay for. The basement now floods and a water clean up truck is out here every other day which accumulate water bugs. Last but not least, the carpeting needs to be taken up per tenant, its the clean thing to do....

I just moved here maybe 3 month ago and they are redo the halways and everything, slowy but it getting there. Mantiance guy are okay, they get stuff done and very friendly...
