definitely a ghetto! it's super cheap, and so the people moving in here are not the greatest quality. teenage gangsta-wannabees and their "ho's" roam the grounds, making noise and causing trouble.
the police are here CONSTANTLY! and domestic violence and vandalism are pretty commonplace. every building has awful problems with water leaks and pipes breaking, so update your renters' insurance for water damage because it's going to happen.
maintenance is rude and usually drunk, but if you are female the one guy will be more than happy to "service" you. that guy gets around and he's not too picky. the manager keeps her own hours and it's difficult to contact her in the office since you never know when she'll be there or answer the phone.

there is garbage all over the complex and the parking lot and driveways are pothole ridden disasters. we have carports, but they are dirty and scary...i can't wait to move.
