The managemer at this apartment is horrible. She is nasty white trash. Most of her kids are the gangster thug-wanna-bes that are running around... she can't control them; how is she suppose to control an entire complex' You could only expect the police to be there all the time busting drug-deals and what not. Unless you yourself are trashy you wouldn't want to live here with the trash.
The grounds are terrible. You literally have to dodge the potholes. Garbage is everywhere. Kids are always at the pool without supervision. It is not a place to relax. I would never want to have my kids live here and I would be embarrased to have anybody over.
The apartments themselves are not clean. If you do move here I would recommed getting the carpet cleaned first. I doubt they would do it for you. You hear all your neighbors (which is normal for apts I guess). The laundry room is always dirty and I worry about people stealing my clothes.
Management is one problem, but another is the owners. I don't understand why they would hire a manager like her. Surely there are more qualified people for the job. I also don't understand why they don't fix the place up a bit.
Someone else said she was a good manager when she first started, well she got use to the place and her and her friends are taking it over. She doesn't do anything anymore except drink while she is working g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

you guys are talking crap about ms. hamblin. how is she suppost to know when kids are at the pool by there selfs. first of all you guys need to grow up if you have something bad to say about ms. hamblin then do so to her face. and as far as bad mouthing her kids. that needs to stop them boys have the ruff times just like everyone. but disrespect somebody they dont know unless the person does something to people they love or their family they will not do it. honstly ms. hamblins son chris is my best friend. he would never hurt any one or disrespect them for no reason. so you people on here need to stop talking crap about them for no reason they never did anything to you. so why disrespect them and talk crap
