This is one of the worst places I've ever lived. It is dirty and dangerous, with a parking lot that looks like a junkyard/trash dump and drunken, unreliable staff. When you drive through, the dumpsters are overflowing and the teenaged thugs try to stare you down (maybe they are trying to decide if you're there to purchase drugs).
You should feel safer, since the Clinton Township police are there constantly, but it's fairly scary-day or night. The manager, Dawn, is in the office when she feels like it; and the maintenance guy is usually drunk or figthing with his girlfriend. If you're a woman he'll be happy to pay you some attention-I've been told this more than once from several of my friends.

You get what you pay for, but in the case of Metro Woods you don't even get that much!

I am the manager of metro woods first i need to clear a few things up, i dont drink!!! my sons have never disrespected or harmed any tenant here. they are quit respectful of those they come in contact with. i have kicked out a number of drug dealers or tenants that just dont care yes. but my biggest problem here are the night time clinton twp police, i work very hard and am in my office ever single day to help everyone, you ask for your carpet to be cleaned i do it right away, you say you have spiders i get it sprayed within 1 day, you have a maintenance issue i make sure it gets done within 24hrs, i have been here 3 yrs and never had a shoting, or a mugging , or anything violent.my units are not dirty in anyway.thank you for your posting but i am sure your move out had to do with a eviction for non payment and i am sorry for that but to bad mouth me didnt help your credit did it?

if your sons are so good, why did the police arrest them right in the complex? if your complex is so great, why has the maintenance guy been arrested so many times? i've never been late on a payment in my life honey, but nice try.
