i was here for 12 yrs and in the last 2 yrs the manager dawn has done more for this place than the last loser rene did. or the one before her. she has gotten out who ever caused havoc here. i have personally spoke with her sons and they have never been disrespectful of me. some call them and others gangsters but i havent had a problem everyone has a style just like i did when i was young its how they treat you that mattered to me. when i left 3 of the 6 buildings have been upgraded, the parking lot has been done, as for the maintenance guy he was single and he dated before he got married but he has always been to my place with in the day to fix what ever problem i encountered, even though i have lived here a while the tenants i knew never once told me the apartments where dirty, they were very clean when some of them moved in. this place has really came a long way and bravo to dawn for having to put up with some of these people, i know i couldnt have done it, she is probably one of the best people i have encountered in a long time. its low rent that they have not raised in 4 yrs and its friendly here. the whole staff has gone above and beyond for a lot of tenants, i personally know the manager has paid rent for some people out of her own pocket so they wouldnt get evicted. so for those of you who want to down this place you should have been here when the other managers where here then you would be thanking your lucky stars for dawn

nancy was the best manager this place ever had...dawn is a joke with all her ghetto friends running the place...and her son is our lawn guy(did you notice that?) thats why only the office building looks presentable.

its funny when people move then they post a review instead of coming and dealing with issues in person, i dont have ghetto friends and only i run this place, my son got his first job with our landscaper which was very nice of him to give him a chance.i dont trash the halls, i dont throw garbage in the streets,i am always in my office if a maintenance rewuests didnt get done i didnt get a call from anyone saying so, i am no ladylogan if i post something i put my name on it, nancy was the best here, i am only doing what i can for everyone here, i promise "cantwaitto leavehere" could never ever handle these residents, and i also noticed she is anonymous which shows her character. 3 or my 6 buildings where remodeled, i didnt put holes in the walls after it, i didnt spill stuff on the carpet, i dont have a junk car not running making the property look bad, and as for the police there job is to come here and protect do you want them not to come, get reasonable this is a hard job and my job is to please everyone and you know you cant please 1 single woman trying doing it for 142 units, and my sons they protect me from this place, unless you would want me to get shot or stabled would that make me a warrior for this place, its my job and also my home give me a break.

So you are finally admitting to yourself that it is a dangerous place? You have to have your sons protect you from getting shot or stabbed in your own home? That is a shame. Clearly you are not management material. You don't even know when to use a period or capital letters in your sentences. A little schooling would help that. Yes, running an apartment complex alone can feel daunting, but it is not for everyone. I am sure you do your share of work as well, but it is not enough. I have seen you work and from what I have seen you are polite. But do you always make the right choices? I don't think anyone blamed you for putting holes in the walls or spilling stuff on the carpet, but it is your job to make sure that doesn't happen; and when it does you should make sure it gets fixed. And better yet, get rid of the people who do those kinds of things. I'm sure you know who they are. And how do you expect people to come and deal with their apartment issues when you are not in your office? It is called a full time job for a reason. You go there and work for 8 hours, and then you go home. And who are you to talk about someone's character, just because they decide to keep their name hidden. Maybe we are protecting ourselves, so we don't get shot or stabbed. Did you consider that, Dawn? And shouldn't you be a little more professional, considering that you are a manager? It is very rude to talk about your resident???s vehicles making the property look bad. You never know what kind of position they may be in. They may have lost a family member and are having a hard time supporting their children. You just never know. Maybe you should rethink your priorities.
