I moved here because I could no longer afford to live where I was living. The price was much lower, and, unfortunately, I was so blinded by that that I didn't notice why it was cheaper. The hallways are filthy, the road through the complex was strewn with potholes, there was a revolving door of undesirables moving in and out constantly, the pool was unusable, I had roaches (and management didn't care) and the office was a mess, which tells you something about their professionalism. Just a dirty, trashy place.
