Office staff is nice, but manager changes every month, and you have to submit new maintenance reports for the same problems everytime or it never get's done. Walls are paper thin and the ghettos of Mt. Clemens and the trailer park next door are creeping in, reducing over all quality of living. Nothing ever gets fixed or fixed right. Peachtree threatens to charge people for driving on lawns, but everyone knows that they don't enforce it, so there are tire tracks on the lawns all the time. Low quality, lazy residents park in handicapped parking if they don't feel like walking so far to their apartments, just because it's the closest spot. Door buzzers don't work and Peachtree said they can't (or won't) fix it. But they're very happy to raise rent.

Not a lot of partying, though. Probably because visitors can't get in due to BROKEN DOOR BUZZERS.
