Peachtree Apartments

I lived here (and wrote a prior review (http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/MI-Clinton-Township-P for this complex. While living there, my building (or the entrance just next to mine in the same building) caught on fire. I had to spend several days away while they attempted to get the burn smell out of the building. Well, it's happened again. An entire building has burned at Peachtree (http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/15568367/detail.html). IF all the maintenance issues were not enough to keep you away from this place, then please think about your safety! Is your life truly worth a few dollars less/month in rent' Think about it before you consider this place.

Residents were evacuated immediately and no injuries were reported.
Firefighters from five Macomb County departments responded, but were hampered by high winds and construction in the area.
