I don't even know where to start.
Do not move in here!!!!!!!

Things have been broken in my apartment since the day I moved in. Lets start with the two broken bedroom doors.
Master Bedroom the door is coming apart from the bottom, Spare room door handle broke never fixed. We had a child while living here and her room was the room with the broken door handle. She closed the door and got locked in. In order to get her out I had to kick the bedroom door in. That was 2 1/2 years later after moving in. I was given advice on how to rig it. Doors are still broken 6 months later.

Water damage is never fixed, snow never shovled if it is, it is not done correctly there is always a snow hill to walk in to get to the parking lot, no sprinklers, (grass is always yellow just waiting to go up into flames),Main outside door has not locked since the day we moved in. They put a new lock on door made all of us tennants go get new keys and turn in our old keys. Well the problem is we got a new lock but nothing for the lock to lock into (NICE).
They have plenty of excuses on why things never get fixed such as never enough maintenance. That is not my problem. Grass is horrible lots of track marks from maintenance.

Nothing is ever done about rowdy neigbors, my car has been broken into twice due to the fact you cannot see your vehicle from your apartment. Ceiling fans are loose, screens take for ever to get fixed, hallways went 6 months before they finally cleaned ours. Not my responiblity to clean.
They continue to raise rent yearly for services they promise to provide but, never actually do. Their bathroom repairs consist of painting over bathtups, not fixing the floor so the tile does not curl up. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
