This place is a dump!!
Lower level toilets over flow weekly, water from outside gets inside causing mold under carpet. MOLD MOLD MOLD
No heat in October and temps are reaching 30 degress at night.
Bathtub is backed up full to top with black sewer water.
And maintance is too lazy to fix this. Some apartments are Condemed. Trashe outsie eveyhere, grocery carts and even condom wrappers!
Emergency Maintance HA HA HA they never come not even the next day if your lucky the 5th time you till them they will say they will be here BUT they still don't fix this --------. your cars are vandilized broken into stuff always stolen from it and in it. 1 mile down the road though the area is beautiful and clean which is Charter Oaks, Fox Chase apts. townhouses .
