I have lived here for four years. I have seen managers come and go. They have a new manager now who is very nice. It appears she knows what she is doing, and taking care of some problems. She helped me manage my account, which was overbilled for eight months. The last manager didnt have a clue. The office staff is nice. Maintenance is slow. The grounds need a lot of work. You get what you pay for. Keep that in mind!
